Members of The Villagers will be on hand to explain each private home’s distinctive history and features.\nA gift boutique featuring unique artisans\, vintage jewelry\, hand-made Angels\, and a quilt raffle\, will be available from 10 AM until 4 PM\, an hour after the tour ends. A Rita Tennyson pop-up café will also be on-site\, offering food for purchase.\nThese historic homes cannot accommodate wheelchairs or strollers\, and homeowners request no high heels\, interior photography\, or children under 10. Ticket holders drive their own vehicles between the properties and will receive tour directions with their ticket purchase.\nProceeds support the preservation and protection of historic sites in Miami-Dade County. Since 1966\, The Villagers have awarded more than 230 grants to more than 80 organizations and 200+ university scholarships to advance historic preservation.

Kids 10 and under are $7. Each person may bring a maximum of two dogs with them. Dogs must have current rabies vaccination and license (tag on collar)\, and be well-behaved\, ex. no excessive barking or aggressive behavior.
