DESCRIPTION:Camp Kangaroo is a free bereavement camp providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for children and teens\, ages 5-17\, who have experienced the death of someone close to them. \nCamp Kangaroo is led by dedicated professionals and trained volunteers from AccentCare Hospice. It provides a unique opportunity for cam pers to build relationships with one another\, helping them feel less alone in their loss. Campers will receive grief education and emotional support\, combined with fun camp activities. \nWhen you register online\, one of our clinicians will contact you to help meet the individual needs of your camper. Registration ends on October 20th!
