South Florida’s most anticipated event of the year returns on the sands of the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens’ private beach with a new out-of-this-world theme. Moonrise brings together South Florida’s leaders\, changemakers\, and creatives for an unforgettable night benefiting Handy. \nLast year\, over 400 of South Florida’s most influential leaders came together on the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach to dance for good. Over the past two years\, we have raised over $1 million to support Handy Cares\, an initiative dedicated to providing essential mental health resources for youth facing significant challenges. \nMoonrise quickly became the most impactful and talked-about social event of the year\, and continues to bring awareness to Handy’s mission through a one-of-a-kind experiential event. \nIn 2026\, Moonrise invites us to dance again\, harnessing our collective influence and creativity to make a difference in our community.
