Cabernet Sauvignon\, including the newly released 2023 vintage grown in the same vineyard that produced the celebrated 1973 vintage\, served as balanced pairings alongside a special menu featuring dorade crudo\, seared diver scallop\, lamb saddle\, beef short rib\, and Le Jardinier’s signature butterfly dessert.
