Ann Storck Center to Host a Food and Beer Pairing Dinner in Partnership with Bravo Peruvian Cuisine and Funky Buddha Brewery on Jan. 18.

$85Ann Storck Center, a Fort Lauderdale-based private nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is excited to host a food and beer pairing dinner in partnership with Bravo Peruvian Cuisine and Funky Buddha Brewery on Thursday, Jan. 18.
Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner with dishes from Bravo Peruvian Cuisine paired with beers from Funk Buddha Brewery.
The event will support Ann Storck Center, which accommodates 96 residents and serves more than 300 individuals daily through an array of critical care, learning and ability-focused programs.
The featured menu includes:
• Causa de Cangrejo – Whipped potato infused with Aji Amarillo puree top with Maryland crab salad, avocado, rocoto aioli and quail egg.
o Paired with Tropical Floridian – German-style hefeweizen.
• Salmon Arugula Salad – Grilled Salmon, arugula, cherry tomatoes, Peruvian corn, goat cheese and basil-lime vinaigrette.
o Paired with Floridian, an unfiltered German-style wheat beer.
• Risotto al Pesto con Lomo al Vino – Beef tenderloin tips with portabella mushroom sauce and spinach-basil risotto.
o Paired with Hop Gun IPA.
• Picarones– Sweet potato and pumpkin doughnuts top with anise-orange syrup.
o Paired with an Imperial Stout.
Bravo Peruvian Kitchen celebrates the rich culinary diversity of Peru and brings an exciting exploration of multicultural cuisine to South Florida.
From traditional styles to experimental ales, Funky Buddha Brewery makes beers that create an experience.
