Locals and visitors are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and their favorite movie buddies to enjoy a festive film on the main lawn at Las Olas Oceanside Park. Starting at 5 p.m., shop The MKT for treats, dine at one of Fort Lauderdale Beach’s local restaurants or pack a picnic to complete the outdoor movie experience. Little ghouls and goblins can also join in the fun with trick-or-treating before the movie starts. Limited chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early for a frightfully good time!

Featured Film: Beetlejuice

Synopsis: After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose “help” quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.
