Goodwill South Florida’s annual Rhythm & Threads Gala returns for an evening of fashion, music and mission. Emceed by Univision’s Pamela Silva, the event will feature two original runway presentations by designers Alejandro Barzaga and Celia Ledon, showcasing looks created from garments and materials sourced from Goodwill South Florida retail stores and transformed in collaboration with the organization’s apparel manufacturing seamstresses.

Guests will also enjoy a performance by the Spirit of Goodwill Band, mission-focused thread installations, interactive displays highlighting Goodwill South Florida’s social enterprises and an auction featuring donated designer pieces typically sold through ShopGoodwill.com.

Proceeds from the gala will support Goodwill South Florida’s training, employment and job placement programs for people with disabilities and other barriers to work.
