Don’t Smoke, BURN at Life Time’s 4/20 Outdoor Workout Takeover at The Falls
South Florida community invited to celebrate its patron day of health & wellness signature workouts, along with music, food, drinks, and unique offers throughout the shopping center

WHAT: Life Time at The Falls is redefining the meaning of 4/20 with its upcoming Green Takeover of The Falls event, which will be dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the South Florida community. Bringing together a myriad of activities for the whole family to enjoy, Life Time will offer outdoor classes (for all levels), yoga, massages (courtesy of the LifeSpa), food and shakes and green cocktails.

LifeSpa will offer $25 coupon gift prizes, cold towels, and sunscreen. Life Time Concierge Services will also be available to answer questions regarding Life Time memberships.

WHEN: Saturday, April 20th, starting at 9:30 a.m. Kick-off to 12 p.m.

DETAILS: Location: The Falls’ Center Court (in front of the movie theater):

• 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: 1-hour workout including 40 minutes of bodyweight strength movements and 20 minutes of yoga
• 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM:
• The event concludes at the bistro bar, which will offer a cocktail of “green juice” (a rum drink), providing 50% off wings, pizza, and pretzels for all who have tickets.
