This ballet is as entertaining as it is enlightening for all communities. Sounds of jazz like Duke Ellington and Ella Fitzgerald underscore the African American pursuit of liberty and Justice, from the civil rights movement all the way to Black Lives Matter. Featuring West African, modern, jazz, tap and hip-hop movement, we dance through historical moments in history with poetic narration. Our story, our song, a jubilated rhythm, an emancipated blues.
