The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® series presented by Capital One is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities. The organization’s Taste America culinary series will return to Miami with a special pop-up dinner on Wednesday, October 29 at Sra. Martinez at 7 p.m. featuring chef Aaron Brooks from Sunny’s, recognized as one of the industry’s finest culinary talents and changemakers as part of the Foundation’s annual class of TasteTwenty chefs, who will present an exceptional menu in collaboration with chef Michelle Bernstein of Sra. Martinez while championing the James Beard Foundation’s mission of Good Food for Good®.
