Life Time, the nation’s premier Healthy Way of Life brand, is bringing Miami its first-ever Indoor Triathlon at its world-class athletic country club at The Falls. This unique, time-based endurance challenge redefines the traditional triathlon, welcoming athletes of all levels to compete in three classic disciplines:
• 10-minute swim in Life Time’s pristine indoor pool.
• 30-minute bike ride in the high-energy cycling studio.
• 20-minute run on state-of-the-art treadmills in the GTX/Ultra Fit Studio.
Participants will experience a high-energy atmosphere, with waves of 10 athletes starting every 20 minutes, beginning at 7:00 AM.
All participants will receive:
• A Life Time swim cap to commemorate their participation.
• A finisher medal to celebrate their achievement.
• Raffle tickets for a chance to win exciting prizes.
• Recognition and prizes for top placements in each discipline.
