LIVE@Frost Science: A Journey From Guinness World-Record Aviation to Transformative STEM Education

February 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

By age 23, National Geographic Explorer Captain Barrington Irving became the youngest person ever and first black pilot to fly solo around the world in his plane “Inspiration,” which he built himself out of donated airplane parts. Fueled by that experience, he is now shaping the future for students through his nonprofit, Experience Aviation, and The Flying Classroom curriculum. During this free event, Captain Irving will describe how he takes an innovative and creative approach to STEM education.
