USModernist hosts an exclusive benefit cocktail party inside Miami’s iconic “Jetsons House,” a restored 1949 midcentury modern landmark in the Morningside neighborhood. Guests will tour the futuristic residence—now known as SkyFin—while enjoying curated specialty cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, live jazz, and valet parking. Proceeds support USModernist, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting residential Modernist architecture.
