Join us for a very special Sensory Friendly Saturday. In honor of Autism Acceptance Month, we invite you to our Sensory Friendly DANCE PARTY! Join us for a silent disco event, where your little one can dance to the beat of their own drum without being overwhelmed by loud music and big crowds. Come dressed to impress and ready to dance the morning away! We will have sensory-inclusive activities, projects inspired by artists with Autism whose Neurodiversity has helped them create and accomplish incredible things, and a book giveaway. As always, experience the museum in a sensory-modified, supportive setting with limited admission and sound and lighting adjustments. Our goal is to provide your child with the opportunity to engage in social interactions, improve their sensory processing, and optimize their understanding of and participation in natural environments.
