On Tuesday, May 12, CARBONE VINO Coconut Grove will partner with Stag’s Leap Wine Cellar’s very own winemaker, Marcus Notaro, for an exclusive tasting experience and four-course prix-fixe dinner celebrating the Judgement of Paris 50th Anniversary.

Beginning with passed canapés at 6:30 PM, followed by a seated dinner in CARBONE VINO’s Wine Room at 7 PM, the evening is priced at $250 per person and will showcase vintages dating back to 2008, with a special focus on the Stag’s Leap Vineyard, paired with CARBONE VINO’s signature dishes including Mozzarella en Carozza, Prosciutto e Pera, Mario’s Meatballs, Veal Parmigiana, and Potatoes Louie.
