The Shops at Pembroke Gardens (SPG) will be hosting a Father’s Day Edition of their staple Wellness Sunday Series on Sunday, June 18th.

SPG’s Wellness Sunday Series will be tailored to dads and is a partnership with fitness studio tenant F45. From 9:15 to 10 a.m, the public is invited to take part in a workout led by an expert F45 trainer. As part of this exciting event, the SPG and F45 are hosting a giveaway contest that includes a chance to win a two-week free membership at F45, valued at $120. To enter, simply submit your phone number and email through Eventbrite, follow both SGB and F45 on Instagram, and attend the workout on the day for a chance to win. The lucky winner will also receive a $200 gift card to Banana Republic and a $150 gift card to Sirocco Mediterranean, tenants at SPG.
