UDON Launches Innovative Asian-Inspired Brunch Menu

MIAMI – April 25, 2023 – UDON, a highly awarded Asian cuisine restaurant focused on healthy ingredients and authentic flavors, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new and innovative brunch menu. Starting this weekend, guests can indulge in a unique Asian-inspired brunch experience on Sundays from 12p.m. till 4 p.m.
UDON’s brunch menu offers two pricing options for a customized dining experience:
$45 per person: Enjoy unlimited dishes from the brunch menu, accompanied by unlimited mimosas or mimosake drinks.
$70 per person: Indulge in unlimited dishes from the brunch menu and an open bar, including white, red and rosé wines, as well as sake and beer.
The mouth-watering menu features a range of appetizers, including edamame, gohan, wakame salad or sesame seaweed salad, miso soup, chicken gyoza, shrimp gyoza, vegetable gyoza, pork gyoza, takoyaki or Japanese “dough balls” filled with octopus and covered in Japanese mayonnaise, Tonkatsu sauce, and katsuobushi, ebi fry or crispy battered prawns, and Thai chicken fingers. Noodle roll options include the fresh salmon avocado roll and the flavorful corral chicken roll. Stir-fried and soup noodles are available in various combinations, such as chicken yakisoba or yaki udon, prawns yakisoba or yaki udon and vegan ramen.
Exclusively available during brunch hours are two special dishes: the “Japanese Brunch” featuring pork bao buns, salad, fried sweet potato and egg; and the “Chicken Sando,” a scrumptious brioche sandwich filled with breaded chicken and flavorful Japanese sauces.
