This weekend was packed with sports and the 305 was the hostess with the mostest! If you couldn’t get a hotel or dinner reservation that was because of sports with the Miami Grand Prix at Hard Rock Stadium and the PGA Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral. The Miami Grand Prix F-1 brought the drama with Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar’s scary moment as he crashed into the wall on Lap 6. Heading down to turn 17, Frenchmen Pierre Gasly for Mercedes and New Zealand native Liam Lawson for Red Bull Racing collied resulting in Gasly being flipped upside down crashing into the wall and both drivers had to retire, and surprisingly, Gasly was able to walk away! Youth won out, as 19 year old Kimi Antonelli of Italy won his third victory in a row for Mercedes holding off UK’s Lando Norris for McLaren. The event brought in 270,000 viewers and the weekend brought in more revenue than the entire Dolphins’ NFL season. See you in 2027 as tickets are already on sale! Over in Doral on Sunday, traffic was a nightmare and security tight as avid golfer President Trump watched from a suite behind the 18th green. Cameron Young dominated going into Sunday’s final round with a six shot lead. He finished with an impressive 4-under on the day at 68, holding off Scottie Scheffler who had his third straight runner-up finish. He didn’t leave empty handed as the tournament had a record purse of $20 million with Young taking home $3.6 million as the winner and Scottie $2.18 million as runner-up. Looks like sports are alive and well in the 305 and with The World Cup up next, get those tickets and those restaurant reservations now!

Needed: slacks, button-downs, golf shirts, blazers, suits, tuxedos, belts, shoes, and ties. Items must be in great condition with no stains or tears. Contact me for the drop-off address.
